About Jesse
Hi my name is Jesse Perez, the team leader of JPG. I started real estate in 2004 after I left the career I had as a dental technician making veneer teeth. I was inspired to go into real estate because my father would buy properties and fix them up. I had two young kids and a newly purchased home when I quit my full-time job to pursue real estate first time. In my free time I enjoy Netflix series, Rams, Lakers or Dodger sporting events, and spending time with my two frenchies at home. Since 2004 our team has grown and I enjoy being the leader of our group.
About Liz
Hello everyone, my name is Elizabeth Perez most people call me Liz for short. Jesse is not only my business partner, but also, my high school sweetheart of 25 years. I started helping him out with real estate in 2005 with admin work and in 2006 I got my license. Since then I manage all of our files and transactions. I enjoy being outdoors: hiking, tropical vacations and walking my dogs. Some of my hobbies include serving in our community - in our neighborhood and LA City. Jesse and I both enjoy making ourselves available to those in need.
About Jeselyn
Hi my name is Jeselyn!! I am Jesse and Liz' oldest daughter. I got my Bachelor of Science in International Business at Azusa Pacific University. Although I have been helping them since I was a kid, I officially joined them as a Realtor in 2019. I have always had a love for all things home AND people. My heart was always split between interior design/architecture/etc. and non-profit/community work. Real estate is where my love for both of those elements collide. I get to help people while assisting them find their next home. In my free time I enjoy trying new restaurants, spa days, taking pilates, date nights with my husband and hanging out with my girlfriends!

My name is Kristina and I'm a realtor specializing in the greater Los Angeles County. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from San Jose State University and jumped straight into the real estate world shortly after. When I’m not helping my clients, I enjoy working out, going on walks, and trying new restaurants in the LA area.

Hi, my name is Brianna Aldana, and I've been part of JPG for almost three years. My journey into real estate began with a personal goal of owning property and has since evolved into a passion for making other people's dreams a reality. Beyond the properties themselves, it's the opportunity to connect with diverse individuals and families that truly drives me. I am committed to guiding my clients through every step of their real estate journey with care and expertise, ensuring that each transaction is not only successful but also a memorable experience. When I'm not helping clients, you'll find me enjoying a good book, traveling, or staying active.
We're the Perez family, 3 out of the 4 of us comprise of the Jesse Perez Group. Jesse (far right) started in 2004, Liz (wife) joined not too long after, and Jeselyn (daughter) joined in 2018 after graduating with a B.S. in International Business.
